How long will my painting request take?

I am constantly working to get your painting done as soon as I can. Requests can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to months. You will always be updated on the progress of your painting. Thank you for your patience!
What is the shipping duration?

Orders placed by 12 PM ship out on the same day, otherwise ground shipping within the US via USPS takes about 1 to 5 business days. International ground shipping can take up to 8 business days.
why can't I submit my request?

Everything is handmade; requests are only open for an allotted amount of time each month. This helps ensure that everyone gets a chance to request and I can successfully fulfill them.
Why do originals cost more than prints?

"Originals" are the hand-painted, original artwork on canvas. Prints are replicas made with ink on canvas.
Does the real art store only make portraits?

No! When requests are "open", meaning I am accepting custom requests, customers are able to submit photographs of anything they would like painted. Photographs need to be at least 5 in. x 7 in., 300 PPI.
Do I have to submit a photograph with my request?

No, you do not. You can describe the type of painting you would like if you don't have any reference photos.
