RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unfortunate event that you want to return some or all of your paintings, here's what you need to know in order to be eligible:
1. Paintings need to be in original condition, meaning absolutely no damage.
2. Paintings need to be in original packaging.
3. Must include original or copy of receipt.
4. Originals are final sale.
After meeting all the above requirements, you qualify for a refund.
Once we've received your items and inspected them, a refund will be promptly
issued to the original method of payment. You can expect a full refund within 7-10 business days following inspection.
Buyer is expected to pay for costs of shipping the returned item(s), but could be eligible
for a reimbursement depending on the circumstances of the return.
